According to the Massachusetts Association of Realtors:
The median Massachusetts single-family home fetched $352,000 in the third quarter, down 4.9 percent from a year earlier. That’s the worst year-over-year decline since 1993.
Median statewide condo prices fell 2.5 percent, the biggest falloff since 1998.
Greater Boston median house prices dropped 1.9 percent - the largest pullback since 1995. Condo prices likewise fell 2.3 percent, the worst annual downturn since 1996.
