100 Over 55 Units Proposed for 126 in Holliston.

An over 55 overlay district is proposed for Concord Street in Holliston despite the former owner's protests.  The land was sold to the developer 10 years ago and subject to a 10-year agricultural restriction.  The current owner wants to build 100 age-restricted units for the Brooksmont housing project.  Read the article HERE.
